Rarely experienced such a warm, sensitive and competent doctor. She explains everything in a way that is easy to understand and even cracks a few jokes. Never had a waiting time longer than 10 minutes. You feel completely at ease in the practice. The team is also very nice and helpful. The result turned out exactly as discussed/desired. My son was already with Dr. Gail in treatment and my daughter is almost done now. We always felt very comfortable and can only recommend the whole team. The practice is nicely furnished and is very centrally located. The multi-storey car park is right around the corner and since there is almost no waiting time with an appointment, it is also cheap to park.I used to be afraid of big bills when thinking about orthodontics. Luckily that was never confirmed. Ms. Gail never talked us into anything unnecessary and the treatment was worth every penny.My daughter has now had a rhinestone put on her tooth, which is also offered and attached in a way that is gentle on the teeth.I also took the opportunity to calculate the growth curve and final size of a child.
